To get the first bottle fo to Talon in Lon Lon ranch. Once you get there, talk to him, and beat the Super Cucco game, by finding all 3 super Cuccos.

To get this bottle finding and returning all 7 Cuccos in Kakariko Village. To the pen in the village, the women next to the pen will give you the bottle.

To get the third bottle, get the Silver Scale. After you get the Silve Scale, go to lake hylia, if you loom at in the water, you may seee a bottle swim down to get it.

After becoming Adult link, getting Epona, and the Bow and Arrow for the Forest Temple. Go to Hyrule Field and Kill the Big poes, put them in a bottle, and sell them to the guy in Hyrule Market. After you sell 10 Poes to him, he will give you the bottle!
